I can’t say enough good things about Jake and this property! This is a host who appreciates the finer things in life and knows how to make his guests feel welcomed and cared for. The house was completely stocked with everything you would need and not just stocked with the basic model of what you needed. Jake has obviously invested quite a bit of time and money to make his guests feel pampered. Bathrobes were offered, the towels were fluffy, there was a Keurig in the master, the mattresses and bedding were definitely next level. It felt like I was sleeping in a cloud. The game room in the basement was a blast and well cared for! Everything worked without issue, there were plenty of darts and ping pong balls/paddles. The pictures don’t do this room justice. And on top of all of these wonderful offerings, the setting is perfection. The property is big enough (6 acres) that you feel like you can cut loose and get a little silly without waking up neighbors. I highly recommend this home!!

Had a great experience with this booking! Jake was incredible! We had a family get together and it was the perfect rental for both adults as well as for my little nieces. He went above and beyond to accommodate us through the booking process and changes that we had to make. Would highly recommend!

Jake’s place was spotless, bright, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It felt warm and welcoming—perfect for our family get-together. The neighborhood was quiet yet just minutes from everything, which was ideal. We especially appreciated the little extras, like the toiletries in the bathroom, and not being asked to strip the beds or start laundry upon our departure. Those thoughtful touches made our stay even more enjoyable. We have family in KC and we'll be back!

Our family took an annual trip and utilized this location to have quality time and beautiful surroundings. First, this place is beautiful. It is clear they put alot of thought and detail into every element of this property. It checked all the boxes and then some. The host is super responsive and even offered an early check in for our stay. Despite the 17 degree weather, our young adults utilized the sauna, hot tub, and star gazing dome outside! When they got frozen they came in and used the game room for hours. For a group like ours, we certainly appreciated having laundry/bathing soaps, cleaning supplies, and the winner was stocked coffee and a jar of snacks. This property is an absolute gem! 10/10 recommend. We will be back!

This is the third time we have stayed here and his house has been magnificent each and every time. Everything that you could want is provided and the house is pristine. Will definitely stay again!

This is a great property. It is very clean and appealing. Jake is a great host. He messaged us ahead of our trip to make sure he had all questions taken care of and as soon as we arrived wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. He was quick to respond to any questions and gave us great recommendations. He was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. I would highly recommend this property!

I’ve stayed in many air bnb’s through the years. I must say this is one of the best. This was our family’s annual New Year’s trip. With that being said understand we had a big group. Trying to find a house to accommodate everyone always becomes a challenge. However, this was not an issue within this home. The rooms they have in this home were perfect for everyone. First time ever tha everyone was excited and pleased with their bedrooms. And as far as entertainment and leisure goes, they truly have something for everyone. You can tell they took time and put tremendous thought into this aspect. Everything in The house is top of the line. They did not spare any quality on anything. This includes everything outside of the house as well. Not only can you do things you love and enjoy but also things you’ve may have never tried before.
There are enough things to keep you busy at this house to not have to go somewhere everyday just to entertain. We were there for a week and only left one time

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. We spent our holiday here and it was the perfect place for a large family gathering. The host was very friendly , responsive, and attentive our whole stay often checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Everything and every room in the home was clean. Just about everything you’ll need was provided in the kitchen. The absolute only issue we had our whole stay was a WiFi outage but we were able to use our phone hotspots for the televisions so it was a very minor issue. Everything in the home was as described and even better in person. I would 100% recommend this home to anyone looking for a cozy getaway with a large friend or family group! I will be booking again.

The space was wonderful. Great to have 3.5 bathrooms, the theater room, hot tub and games were all perfect. Lots of parking for everyone. Easy to check in and out. It was all very good!

This home was amazing in so many ways! It can accommodate adults only or families! So many amenities that you really don’t have to leave the home at all. Extremely clean and they provide all the perfect little necessities you need in the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. This will be a repeat on our list of stays. Jake and his wife are the best!
