Meadowbrook Park is a 6-minute drive with 8 dedicated courts if you want to play with the group. Step inside to an open-concept main floor with vaulted ceilings and a kitchen that actually has everything. Full coffee bar, stainless appliances, walk-in pantry, a 6-person dining table, and four more barstools at the island. Half bath and laundry are right off the kitchen. Enjoy your welcome basket and settle in. Upstairs bedrooms: Three king bedrooms down the hall, each with blackout curtains, sound machines, and premium duvet bedding. The master has a private en-suite with walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a double-vanity hallway bath with plenty of counter space. This bathroom also has a shower+tub for the little ones. Fresh towels and pool towels are in the hallway linen closet and laundry room whenever you need them. Downstairs: the fun floor The basement is where the group gravitates. Skeeball, foosball, poker table (chips included), a wet bar, and a board game wall. There's a kids' reading and game nook tucked under the stairs that has become a guest favorite. A sleeper sofa here adds another sleeping option if you need it. Bedroom 4 is downstairs and honestly one of the better rooms in the house. Queen bed, private en-suite, dedicated workspace, full-length mirror, and first access to the gym in the morning. The gym has 5 to 25 lb dumbbells, a yoga mat, and a smart TV to stream workouts. The movie theater is its own dedicated room. 100" ISF-certified screen, 4K projector with built-in surround sound, and a Ranch KC Netflix account ready to go. Backyard to close out the night Step out onto the deck and fire up the Weber gas grill. After dinner, the hot tub fits the group with built-in bench seating all around. When you're ready to wind down, light the solo stove on the back patio. Kiln-dried firewood is provided in the garage and s'more supplies are stocked. String lights come on automatically at dusk.
