Enjoy two-car garage parking with driveway parking of four more cars. Pickleball paddles are located in the garage and yours to use! Meadowbrook Park (6 minute drive) is our favorite public place to play given their 8 pickleball courts, but there’s plenty of other places to play (just ask!). Enter the home with a keyless entry lock right into the open concept and vaulted main floor ceiling. You will be greeted by a beautifully designed kitchen, fully-equipped with a coffee bar, stainless steel appliances, and walk-in pantry. There’s a convenient half bath and laundry room off from the kitchen and a six-person dining room table w/ an additional four barstools at the spacious island. Let’s just say there’s plenty of space to drop your bags and head straight to the fridge to kick-off your luxurious stay. Continue on the first floor down the hall to the master bedroom suite. Equipped with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and blackout curtains. Enjoy the private full bathroom w/ walk-in shower. Pass by the linen closet in the hallway for a first aid kit and additional bath and pool towels during your stay. Bedroom #2 is also equipped with a king-sized bed, spacious closet, and blackout curtains. Bedroom #3 comes with the same amenities including a 43" TCL Roku Smart TV equipped with Netflix and powered by FAST 5GB GFiber Wifi. Step into the double-vanity hallway full bathroom w/ walk-in shower. Plenty of drawers for all your needs! Now head downstairs to get your game on! Claim the high score on skeeball or enjoy a game of foosball. The poker table comes equipped with poker chips and the tabletop may be conveniently flipped over for a smooth playing surface to break out the board games or enjoy a meal while you watch your favorite show on the 55" TCL Roku Smart TV. Help yourself to the wet bar and need extra sleeping space? Claim the brown sleeper sofa and find additional linens, blankets, and pillows in the linen closet upstairs! The kids reading and game nook is our personal favorite! Enjoy the provided books and building blocks or risk it all on a game of Candy Land. Don’t overlook Bedroom #4 just because it’s downstairs and has a queen-sized bed…Enjoy your very own full bathroom w/ walk-in shower, dedicated workspace, spacious closet, and full-length mirror. Be the first to use the downstairs gym in the morning and enjoy the 32" TCL Roku Smart TV equipped to stream your workouts. Also provided is a yoga mat and 5-25 lb dumbbells. Get your stream on in the dedicated movie theater projecting on a 100” fixed ISF certified home theater screen! Easily use the Netflix official 4k smart projector with Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and built-in 3D stereo sound. A dedicated Netflix account for the Ranch KC is also available for you to enjoy. Last, but certainly not least, it’s time to head back upstairs towards the kitchen and step onto the newly built deck. Here you may enjoy the Weber propane gas grill with provided accessories. Relax the night away in the private hot tub surrounded by built-in benches. Then for a bed-time snack light up the solo stove fire pit on the back patio and enjoy s’mores over the fire and crack your favorite beverage. Kiln-dried firewood is in the garage for your use! Enjoy the string lights which are on an automatic dusk-to-dawn switch so simply unplug if you wish to turn them off.
